This Privacy Policy explains how Listed collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Listed mobile app, the Listed website, and related services.
1. Who we are
Listed is a travel organization and trip planning service. It helps users save places from links, notes, images, and other travel inspiration; organize those places into collections; discover nearby spots; collaborate with others; and build itineraries.
In this policy, “Listed,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operators of the Listed app and website at listedtravel.app.
2. What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of Listed, and limited technical information collected automatically.
Information you provide to us
- Account details such as your name, email address, username, password, nationality, birthdate, and profile photo if you choose to upload one.
- Content you submit, including links, notes, screenshots, photos, travel lists, collections, comments, and other travel-related content.
- Trip planning data, such as selected places, trip titles, day allocations, and itinerary preferences.
- Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and survey responses.
Information we collect when you use Listed
- Usage information such as app interactions, pages or screens viewed, saved places, collections, trips, and collaboration activity.
- Device and diagnostic information such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, browser type, crash data, and performance logs.
- Push notification registration tokens if you enable notifications.
Location information
If you grant permission, we may collect precise or approximate location information to power nearby discovery, map features, and location-aware recommendations. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
Social sign-in information
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the account information needed to authenticate you and create or connect your Listed account.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve Listed, including to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Authenticate you and keep the service secure.
- Process imported travel content and organize it into usable place data.
- Show maps, nearby places, collections, social features, and saved trips.
- Enable collaboration and sharing when you choose to share collections or content with others.
- Provide customer support and respond to feedback.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot bugs, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
- Send important service messages, and send product updates or marketing only where allowed and consistent with your choices.
4. App permissions and device access
Depending on which features you use, Listed may request access to:
- Photos / media library to let you select images or screenshots to import.
- Camera to capture images that you want to add to Listed.
- Location to show nearby places, map-based discovery, and your position on the map.
- Notifications to send activity and product notifications.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, although some features may stop working fully if you do.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
If you delete your account or ask us to delete your information, we will delete or anonymize data where reasonably possible, subject to backup retention, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and records we need to keep for security or compliance purposes.
7. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. That said, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored electronically.
8. International processing
Listed and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.
9. Children’s privacy
Listed is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
